1930年代のアメリカンダイナーをイメージしたレトロなスタイルは、どこかノスタルジックな雰囲気にさせてくれる。
ガラス張りの開放感ある店内はブラウンを基調としており、差し込んだ太陽光のコントラストが美しく、待ち合わせにも使える開放的なスペースになっている。メニューはオーダーをしてから調理を開始し、肉や野菜など素材にこだわったフードを提供している。ハンバーガーのスタイルはクラシックなアメリカのスタイル。ボリュームがあり、肉だけでなくシャキシャキとした野菜の新鮮さもかむたびに伝わってくる。
なかでもオススメしたいのが看板メニューであるゴールデンブラウンバーガーだ。ボリュームあるパテに良い香りのスモークチーズ、ソテーしたマッシュルームや甘いオニオンがトッピングされており、大満足の一品である。ドリンクのメニューも豊富に取り揃えており、フードとともに楽しめるのもうれしい。なお、2009年11月には表参道にも2号店をオープンしており、こちらのほうもチェックしたい。
